Jake Owen is in tune with his his inner Garth Brooks.

While visiting the syndicated radio show the Bobby Bones Show for Joy Week, Owen delivered his best rendition of the Brooks classic "Unanswered Prayers."

Joy Week is a celebration which was created to spread joy and love among listeners and to the community. Several artists stopped by Bones' studio for the cause, also paying tribute to songs they know and love, and artists they admire. The Band Perry did their take on "Trumpets" by Jason Derulo and there was at least one "Uptown Funk," but Owen kept it country.

The "What We Ain't Got" hitmaker tried his hand at the 1990 hit which was a No. 1 for Books in his heyday. If you close your eyes and listen to the audio, you may even think it's the icon himself singing the tune.

While on the show, Owen pulled another song from Brooks' huge collection, performing "Much Too Young (To Feel This Damn Old)" as a bonus. The two songs find him channeling his inner Brooks; Owen is known for being good at impressions, and this instance is no exception.

Bones praised Owen's cover when he finished singing, but Owen wasn't as impressed with himself, admitting, "I kinda messed up."

Trust us, you won't think Owen messed up one bit.
