Multiple Traffic Violations
Following a traffic stop in Binghamton, John Tablisma from Binghamton was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Operating a Motor Vehicle w/BAC >.08, along with multiple traffic violations.
Kevin Gunn of Endwell was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Operating a Motor Vehicle w/BAC >.08, and Resisting Arrest, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the Town of Union.
Criminal Possession
According to the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Starr-Lyte Reid, from Whitney Point, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, as well as multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in Binghamton.
During a traffic stop, Ashley Brewer of Endicott was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree in the Town of Union.
Attempted Rape
This week's report noted that Denis Dean, from Endicott, was charged with Attempted Rape in the 2nd Degree and four counts of Attempted Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors in the 1st Degree, following a sex offence investigation in Endicott.
Criminal Contempt
Travis Cornell was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Union.
Obstruction of Governmental Administration
In this week's Broome County Sheriff's report, Joseph Young of Binghamton was charged with Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, plus multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in Binghamton.
John Short of Triangle was charged with Resisting Arrest and Obstruction of Governmental Administration, following a warrant execution in the Town of Triangle.
Petit Larceny
Following an investigation in the Town of Union, Christopher Lane from Endicott was charged with petit larceny.
