Multiple Charges
- 30-year-old Jeremy Martinez from New York, New York, was charged with Robbery in the 2nd Degree, a Class C Felony, Child Endangerment, two counts of Child Endangerment, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, and False Personation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Kirkwood.
- Following an investigation into a domestic dispute in the Town of Kirkwood, Kylie Janas, age 19 of Binghamton, was charged with Child Endangerment, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree.
- 35-year-old Joshua Valenti from Binghamton was charged with Aggravated Family Offense, a Class E Felony, Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, and Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the City of Binghamton.
- Spring Genovese of Binghamton was charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence, a Class E Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson.
- Following a DWI investigation in the Town of Windsor, Kaylee Bowman from Kirkwood was charged with Aggravated DWI (1st Offense), a Class E Felony, Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), Operating a Motor Vehicle w/ BAC>.08 (1st Offense), and two counts of Child Endangerment.
Criminal Contempt
- James Townsend of Lisle was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Lisle.
Obstructing Governmental Administration
- Following an investigation into an order of protection violation in Binghamton, Deanna Ellis from Binghamton was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration.
Sex Offense
- 22-year-old Brendan Wilcox from Endicott was charged with Rape in the 3rd Degree, a Class E Felony, following a sex offense investigation in the Town of Union.
Assault
- Following an investigation into a physical altercation in the Town of Union, Paul McLain, of Endicott, was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree.
Multiple Traffic Violations
- Abdual Goodwin, age 20 of Endicott, was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired by Drugs (1st Offense), along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the Town of Union.
