Criminal Possession

In this week's Broome County Sheriff's report, Jeffrey Rosenkrans, Jr. was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Fenton. He was also charged with Petit Larceny following a larceny investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Angel Shelton from Endicott was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Union.

Following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Chenango. Sherri Empie of Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.

According to the Broome County Sheriff report this weekl, Brandon Empie of Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton, Lynsey Moody from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.

Multiple Charges

This week's Broome County Sheriff's report listed John Corbin of Kirkwood as charged with Menacing in the 2nd Degree, Unlawful Imprisonment in the 2nd Degree, and Child Endangerment following an investigation into a dispute in the Town of Kirkwood.

Elijah Marks from Binghamton was charged with Burglary in the 3rd Degree, Evading Arrest by Concealment of Identity, and Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree, following a burglary investigation in the City of Binghamton.

Assault

Phenix George of the Town of Dickinson was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree and Child Endangerment following an investigation into a domestic dispute in the Town of Dickinson.

Harassment

After an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Kirkwood, William Cady, III, was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree.

Brian Oleniacz of Windsor was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Windsor.
