The Broome County Sheriff's Office released its latest weekly arrest blotter on March 11, 2025.

These arrests and charges from the Broome County Sheriff's Office do not reflect all the department's activity for the week. All persons are considered innocent unless proven guilty in court.

All arrests and charges are open and ongoing investigations through local law enforcement agencies including the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, or other law enforcement agencies.

Criminal Contempt

Cody Brenchley from Chenango Forks was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Windsor.

Roger Hall of Chenango Forks was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree,  following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Windsor.

Chelsey Davis from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree,  following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Chenango.

Criminal Possession

Alden Cole of Port Crane was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson.

Sean Hayes from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

Brooke Klinegardner of Walton was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson.

Michael Fairbairn, Jr. from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Resisting Arrest, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, following a traffic stop in the Town of Union.

Harassment

Justin Hoover of Port Crane was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a Violation, following an investigation into a dispute in the Town of Fenton.

Christopher Smith from Port Crane was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a Violation, following an investigation into a dispute in the Town of Fenton.

Petit Larceny

Tosha Love of Binghamton was charged with Petit Larceny, following a larceny investigation in the City of Binghamton.

Jennine Oakley from Binghamton was charged with Petit Larceny, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Obstruction of Governmental Administration

Kenny Ruiz of Binghamton was charged with two counts of Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree and Resisting Arrest, following a Warrant Execution in the City of Binghamton.
