In honor of National Pancake Day, IHOP is preparing to delight customers by offering a complimentary short stack of its famous buttermilk pancakes.

On Tuesday,February 13 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., participating IHOP restaurants, including the local on the Vestal Parkway in Vestal, will be serving up free pancakes to dine-in customers as part of this limited-time promotion.

This year, IHOP is taking their celebration of National Pancake Day a step further by launching their new "Stacking Up Joy" program. This brand-wide initiative is aimed at addressing and reducing food insecurity across the country. To support this cause, IHOP has partnered with Feeding America for a "Month of Giving" campaign.

Throughout February, IHOP guests are encouraged to add a donation of $1, $2, $3, or more to their checks, either in the restaurant or when ordering online. For every dollar donated, IHOP and Feeding America will provide ten meals to individuals and families facing hunger.

This year's Pancake Day celebration marks the 18th annual observance by the chain. IHOP remains committed to celebrating this beloved culinary event while also making a positive and meaningful impact on communities across the nation.

Please note that according to the IHOP website, In New York and New Jersey, the *free* short stack which is three buttermilk pancakes, is for a $1 donation.
