The Hot Cross Run is now just days away.  This Saturday, June 18th,  get a great workout and have  fun with the Hot Cross Run at Otsiningo Park.  Bring your friends and take part in a unique training experience.

The event begins at 10:00 AM with on-site registration starting at 9:00 AM.  Participants will combine 15 minutes of hot yoga, 15 minutes of crossfit training and a two-mile run.  Bikram Yoga will be on hand to lead the hot yoga session while Southern Tier Crossfit will conduct crossfit training followed by a two-mile run.
