So, you've quit smoking, You cut down on your junk food and you've began to limit your alcohol intake.  But there are some unhealthy things that you, your neighbor and I do every that is unhealthy.  Here are three random ones you've probably done in the last hour. I kid you not.

 

1.  Keep you hands offa you face!  Most of us have ourr paws all over our mug four times an hour.  Which is bad for your skin, and causes pimple face.  More importantly, it exposes your mouth and nose to more bacteria and germs. With the risk of EV-D68 being more and more prevalent in NY. KEEP YOUR HANDS WASHED AND OFF YOUR FACE!

2.  You sat on your butt today.  By now, you know that sitting all day can lead to obesity, heart disease, and diabetes.  But here's another reason to break the habit. A recent study found that as you age, sitting for hours on end increases your risk of being DISABLED.  After age 60, every hour you spend sitting down each day increases your chances of becoming disabled by 50%. Everytime I get up I feel like I'm 60... What next?

3.  You had to pee, but held it in.  I used to do this because I was trying to "stretch my bladder" NOT ANYMORE! Every once in a while won't hurt you.  But if you hold it in like i did, it can cause bladder infections.  And over time, it can also weaken all those muscles down there that help you not wet your pants.  Meaning someday you might NOT be able to hold it in.
