Residents must be registered through eGuthrie.org or call 855-348-8474.  Residents can also contact Centralized Scheduling for more information at 866-488-4743.

The Clinics will be held February 26, March 1,  March 3, March 8 and March 9 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Those registering for the clinics are asked to bring their completed and signed consent form with them to their appointment.

Guthrie is getting the vaccine shipments from Pennsylvania in limited quantities and officials say they will not be able to give residents the choice between the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine.

Guthrie says it will bill an individual’s health insurance for the COVID vaccine and administration fee. No payment is collected at the time of the vaccination. Uninsured residents may receive the vaccine at no cost.
