We know that every where you turn it seems to be bad news. ISIS, unemployment, even the presidential political mudslinging has many people feeling blue.

That's why we have"Good News Monday." We love hearing the good in your life, whatever that may be. Here's mine...

My 11-year-old daughter, Tara is quite the talented person. She plays the flute and even has her own magic show, which I get to be the assistant for. She won't let me do my "disappearing foot" trick though. Darn.

She makes pillows for people that are feeling down or just to make someone smile. She calls them "Tara-ific pillows" and she adds little notes and signs them from "The Love Mission."

She says that she can't wait to be in the plays in high school. She puts on her own shows at the house for all of us and and anyone else that stops in.

She's quite the artist too. She made this drawing for me. She has so much love in her heart, and she knows how to draw them too!

She even gave me a free art lesson. My drawing didn't look near as awesome as hers though. Tara told me that a good artist always signs their work.

Can you see where she signed it?  It was drawn on pink construction paper, if you can't tell from the picture above.

So that's my good news. What's yours?
