Free Binghamton Family Safety Fun Day

Life is busy. For everyone, and that's why my family holds onto our weekends as tightly as we can and we do everything in our power to spend as much time together as we can because we don't all get to be together much during the week.

My husband and I are forever hunting for fun and free things that we can do with our little boy and if those things involve a firetruck or two, they get moved to the top of our list because our little guy loves firetrucks.

My husband comes from a family of first responders and I think that it's pretty special that even though our son doesn't fully understand what his grandparents, aunts, and uncles do, he's fascinated with firemen and firetrucks. I also think that it's awesome that he'll be able to check out some of those things with the free Binghamton Family Safety Fun Day this weekend.

The Binghamton Family Safety Fun Day is open to the public and will take place in the Binghamton Lowes parking lot at 1318 Upper Front Street in Binghamton this Saturday, September 30th from 10am-2pm.

In addition to ambulance and fire trucks, there will also be safe child ID cards, animal safety and adoptions, a k-9 unit, a car seat safety check, a rollover simulator and so much more.

My family will be at the free Binghamton Family Safety Fun Day at Lowes on Upper Front Street in Binghamton from 11am-1pm this Saturday, and we look forward to seeing you and your family. If you spot us, be sure to take a minute and say hello!
