Frankie Ballard Announces New Album

Frankie Ballard has just announced that we can expect new music from him this summer via a new album called El Rio.

El Rio, Ballard's third album release, will come out on June 10th and features the song, "It All Started With a Beer."

Ballard told The Boot, “I’ve done a lot of recording in Nashville and other places, but I really wanted to get out and away and try to focus and eliminate some distractions that come from recording in Nashville.” He continued,“I feel like this is going to be a step up, musically, with this next album.”

Ballard sat down with us last year and chatted candidly about everything from babies to fashion.

Ballard will perform at the Hawk's Taste of Country Music Festival on Saturday, June 11th.
