Former Tompkins County Educator Accused of Sharing Inappropriate Images
A former school official and recreational department director in Tompkins County is facing felony charges in connection with the sharing of inappropriate images.

New York State Police say former Newfield Town School Board member and Ithaca City School District teacher’s aide, Austin Kuczek was arrested March 7.
State Police say the 24-year-old is charged with two felony counts of Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors. He’s accused of sending inappropriate images to children under the age of 17.

Kuczek is currently the Town of Newfield Recreation Director.
He was released on appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Newfield Court next week.
