Foods You Can Still Eat After the Expiration Date

I was in the mood to bake recently, so went to my pantry and grabbed a box of brownie mix. The box had been in there for awhile because I stocked up during a sale and the expiration had just past a few weeks ago. Hmmm...what do I do? Is it still safe to eat? I checked out Delish and The Food Network for the answer. Wow. Stop throwing out food just because the expiration date has past, you can still eat a lot of it.
