Experience the zoo like never before! Join us for our inaugural Illumination for Conservation Lantern Festival at the Ross Park Zoo! This non-animal event will transform Ross Park Zoo into a beautiful, illuminated landscape at night!
Illumination for Conservation will feature over 40 nature themed lantern scupltures all around the zoo! You'll also have the opportunity to help support conservation groups related to some of the animals at the Ross Park Zoo. Those groups include the Red Panda Network, the American Wolf Foundation, and SANCCOB (Southern African Foundation for the Conservation of Coastal Birds).
Each night, we'll also offer a VIP experience for guests at Illumination for Conservation. A VIP ticket includes: Guaranteed on-site parking at the Ross Park Zoo, admission into our VIP hospitality tent, admission into Illumination for Conservation.
Parking for normal admission tickets will be at Ross Park Zoo, but is not guaranteed. UHS Sleep Center located at 93 Pennsylvania Ave in Binghamton, NY will be used for overflow parking if needed. A complimentary shuttle will transport guests back and forth between the parking lot and Ross Park Zoo! (As demand is needed).
Illumination for Conservation at the Ross Park Zoo takes place on specific evenings at the Ross Park Zoo from 8:00pm-11:00pm, with last ticket entry at 10:00pm. August 3rd- September 4th: Illumination for Conservation takes place on Wednesday-Sunday evenings. September 7th-October 15th: Illumination for Conservation takes place on Thursday-Saturday evenings.
