Free Fun for the Whole Family: Join us and learn all about your favorite Animals and where they live: Explore different Biomes: it could it be the Rainforest, the Desert or maybe the Grassland!
FEATURING: Anne Mazer, author of over 45 books, including The Salamander Room, at 10:30 am. Live video chat with Dr. Meg Lowman, a.k.a Canopy Meg, biologist, explorer, and educator; at 12:00 pm. Enjoy The Elmira College Readers’ Theater and The Zoo in Our Backyard by Friends of the Chemung River at 11:15 am. Live animals from Tanglewood Nature Center and The Binghamton Zoo. Chemung Valley History Museum, CCLD Book Mobile, Therapy Dogs International and our Author’s Area including Katrina Morse and Kevin Coolidge. Enjoy Story time at the Bright Red Bookshelf. Crafts and activities provided by community agencies. All children will receive a free new theme related books (while supplies last). Pizza will be available at a reasonable cost.
