The Coventry Volunteer Fire Company has always been there when the community needed them, and now they’re asking for a little help.

After pouring every ounce of energy and funding into a recent large-scale search and rescue mission, the department has run out of disaster relief funds. The team, made up entirely of volunteers, is now turning to the community it serves so faithfully, asking for monetary donations to help them refill those resources so that they can be ready for the next call.

A 100% Volunteer Fire Company Since Day One

The heart of Coventry’s fire service lies in its people. From the beginning, the Coventry Volunteer Fire Company has operated with zero paid staff. These are neighbors, friends, and family members stepping up to fight fires, respond to emergencies, and assist in rescue operations, and they do it all without pay. They do it because they care deeply about the safety and well-being of the community.

Why Your Donation Matters

Emergencies don’t wait, and neither do the firefighters. But being ready comes at a cost. Equipment, fuel, safety gear, and supplies don’t come cheap. With the recent search operation draining their disaster relief funds, the department needs help now more than ever. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference. It’s not just about money, it’s about making sure the team has the tools they need to save lives.
