Cortland Deputies Confiscate 3 Pounds of Marijuana in Speeding Stop

Cortland County Sheriff’s officials say they found several pounds of marijuana when they stopped a vehicle for speeding in the Town of Preble.

49-year-old Lukas Burlingham of Syracuse faces a felony count after Deputies say they discovered three pounds of pot when they pulled him over on Route 281 at 9:39 p..m. July 9.

Burlingham is also charged with speeding.

He was sent to the Cortland County Jail on $1,000 bail.
