Three New York Buffets Land on National Best List
If you love a good buffet, New York has something to brag about. A new study found that three buffets in New York ranked among the top 25 best buffets in America. BetUS looked at Google review scores, buffet prices, and soft drink prices to rank buffets across the country.
Mount Vernon Buffet Cracks the Top 10
The highest ranked New York spot on the list was Flaming Grill and Modern Buffet in Mount Vernon. It came in at number 8 in the country. The buffet has a 4.4 Google rating and costs $14.99 per adult. Soft drinks are extra at $2.49. The restaurant is known for its live hibachi and Mongolian cooking stations.
White Plains Spot Also Made the List
Another New York buffet that made the national ranking was UMI Hotpot Sushi and Seafood Buffet in White Plains. It landed at number 21. That buffet had a strong 4.8 score on Google. The price was higher at $25.99, but soft drinks were included at no extra charge.
A Bronx Buffet Rounded Out New York’s Showing
Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet in the Bronx also made the top 25 list, coming in at number 24. It had a 4.3 Google rating and a buffet price of $18.99. Like the White Plains location, soft drinks were listed at no extra cost.

New York Had a Strong Showing
While New York did not take the top overall spot, having three buffets place in the top 25 is still a strong showing. As for me, I'm looking forward to the grand opening of the K-BBQ & Hot Pot all-you-can-eat restaurant coming to the Townsquare Plaza in Vestal this month. Let's see if they can give the other New York buffet's a run for their money.
