Opening for Chris Young is Brother Joe, a country/rock artist, songwriter, and producer whose name is familiar to Southern Tier first responders as his song "Sirens" is played on the radio every September 11th.

Brother Joe has a distinct voice that leaves a lasting impression. With a rich rock edge and pure top notes, his voice secured him a spot in Hollywood on American Idol Season 11, where he impressed Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, and Steven Tyler, receiving three "yes's."

One of Brother Joe's most notable songs is "Sirens," which he co-wrote with Rachel Snoeberger in 2016. Many law enforcement, firefighters, medical personnel, dispatchers, and military personnel begin or end their shifts with this song. "Sirens" offers an alternative perspective from the viewpoint of a first responder's family.

Recently, Brother Joe collaborated with his best friends Āelle and Rachel Snoeberger on a mashup of songs by Garth Brooks and Lady Gaga titled "Remember the Dance." This mashup has garnered over 400 million streams and received high praise from Garth Brooks.
