Binghamton University Resident Directors Get Safety Training

Preparations continue for the start of the fall semester at Binghamton University with a drill for resident directors and resident assistants.

The university’s annual fire safety training session simulates a fire in the common area of Johnson Hall.

Other hands-on activities for the residence hall advisers include fire extinguisher training, a simulation of the activation of sprinklers in a hall using a special trailer and a chance to meet members of the Vestal Fire Department.

The students are moving back August 18 and 19.
