Meet Captain Joseph Hansen the man in charge at The Salvation Army of Binghamton. He loves to talk about the work they're doing to make a difference in our community. "We see firsthand how many families are facing tough times, and the need for our help just keeps growing."

The Salvation Army of Binghamton doesn't stop at providing meals, they have many different services. From food and hygiene pantries to breakfast and dinner programs, they're serving up a big helping of care and compassion.

They're there for local families with care management services, worship services, and Christmas help. It's like a one-stop shop for spreading hope and support.

In the past year, The Salvation Army of Binghamton has dished out 52,541 meals to people and families that are facing real struggles. But they can't do it alone and that is  where all of us come in.

Captain Hansen and his team are calling on the community for support. They're cooking up plans to expand their eating programs to make sure everyone can get a good meal at their food pantry and soup kitchen.

There are also on a mission to teach families about budget-friendly and healthy meal planning because everyone should get some good and wholesome food. Binghamton, here is your chance to be part of something special. Whether it's dropping off cash or checks or making a visit to their website, every bit of support counts.
