A Binghamton man is facing over a half dozen felony charges after authorities raided his Mill Street home February 21 and found an assault weapon, fentanyl, crack cocaine and illegally possessed prescription drugs.

41-year-old Richard Lattimore was sent to the Broome County Jail after members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force conducted the raid.

Authorities say they confiscated the assault rifle, a high-capacity magazine, 30 grams of fentanyl, 2 grams of crack cocaine, the illegally possessed prescription drugs and drug packaging materials. 

Lattimore is charged with six counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two felony counts of criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a weapon, two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and three misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.
