Free Kids Activities, Touch-a-Truck, and Haircuts in Binghamton

Organizers have planned a full afternoon of family fun, including live musical performances, local vendors, a chili cook-off, games, raffles, free family photos, face painting, and free haircuts.

Kids can also check out Touch-a-Truck activities and demonstrations with local first responders and public safety partners. It is a chance to get an up-close look at the vehicles and equipment they use every day.

The first 300 guests will receive a free hot dog meal. Free popcorn, cotton candy, and sno cones are also planned during the event.

How I Am She Ministries Supports Southern Tier Families

I Am She Ministries, an interdenominational nonprofit women’s ministry serving Broome and Tioga counties, hosts the festival. The organization hosts community events, support groups, family gatherings, outreach efforts, and opportunities to serve neighbors.

“Fall Fun Fest is really about bringing our community together,” Christy Taylor, director of I am She Ministries, said. “We want families to be able to come out, enjoy an afternoon together, and make memories without worrying about what it’s going to cost them.”
