Since we are talking NFL, here is something else to think about. The tech innovation experts at GlobalDots took at look at over 180 NFL-related password variations. They wanted find out what teams had the most frequently compromised in data leaks and if you’re a New York Giants fan, beware.

As more people look for "any password ideas" (that search has shot up by 143% in the last year), it seems like people are turning to things they love, like their favorite sports teams, for password inspiration. Turns out, that might be a risky move that can increase your chances of getting hacked.

When they looked into it, they found that the New York Giants landed at number 14 on the list, with 45,812 leaked passwords, leaving many fans in "giant" trouble.

Most Hackable NFL Passwords Revealed

The study by GlobalDots found that passwords linked to the Dallas Cowboys, Raiders, and Steelers were the most likely to end up with data leaks. Dallas Cowboys-related passwords took the lead with 185,842 leaks, with Raiders and Steelers not far behind at over 185,000 and 145,000 leaks.

Enhancing Your Web Security

Globaldots stressed how important it is to have strong passwords in this digital age. They pointed out the dangers of using weak passwords on different platforms and stressed  that you create complex passwords that are at least 12 characters long.

They also suggested using passwordless authentication for extra protection. Remember, keep your online accounts safe with unique passwords that can protect your sensitive information from cyber threats. You mean that HTTR/HTTC! is a bad password to use?
