With October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I'm sure you've been reading right here about healthy ways to make changes in your life and how to cope with this form of cancer that effects millions of women every year.  There's a loyal group of breast cancer survivors and friends of survivors that get together every year to do a big Zumba fundraiser in Vestal every year and it's coming up again this Saturday.  Last year, they raised over $1000.

You can stop by and watch the fun or shed some pounds, either way, you can help make strides against breast cancer and Zumba for a great cause, Saturday October 10th, 9-10:30am at Body Zone Fitness (Vestal Fun and Dance Studio), 233 Vestal Parkway East, across from the Skylark.  The Zumba fundraiser is for Petal's Hope and the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

Zumba fitness continues to be hot in the Southern Tier and the combination of exercise and a good diet can all help to keep the body healthy.  During this fun fundraiser, there will be Zumba ready music, refreshments and great prizes. There is one request, that you please wear something pink.

Suggested donation is $20.00 with checks made payable to the American Cancer Society.  If you're new to Zumba fitness, this will be a great introduction. Bring your pink work-out gear and get ready to Zumba for a great cause, Saturday in Vestal.

Join the BZ Crew for an hour of fresh and fun Zumba.  All fitness levels are welcome or you can just come to watch.
