Hey are you freaking exhausted? No worries mate, tomorrow you'll feel bright eyed and busy tailed! A new study found we sleep better on Tuesdays than any other night of the week!

The researchers have two theories. One is that by Tuesday night, we've gotten through the first couple days of the work week and we basically know what's coming for the rest of the week. This means less stress.

Second, chances are you're not out hanging with Jack Daniels or woofing down giant meal on Tuesday nights, which helps you sleep better. The study also found the runner up for the best night of sleep is Monday. The two nights when we get the worst sleep are Saturdays and Fridays.
