Would You Tell Someone To Get a Job at Your Workplace?

If I was searching for a job would you recommend your workplace? Apparently there's a 50/50 shot that you replied, "To be honest, I wouldn't. *insert explanation here* "

A new study found 50% of people would not recommend their company to a friend or family member looking for a job. 16% would actively tell the person not to come there, and 35% wouldn't be outright negative, but they wouldn't promote it either.

Why is that do you think? Is it because people and bosses change over time, or is the typical boss being put under so much stress to deliver that they feel that being hard on the employees is the only way to go?
