Give this woman a latte credit.

A Seattle woman somehow managed to fulfill her New Year's resolution of only eating Starbucks for an entire year.

The 40-year-old woman, whose name is Beautiful Existence -- yes, it's her real name -- proudly kept to her word, although she did have one caveat: she could eat at Starbucks or any other establishment in the Starbucks mold (considering the prevalence of Starbucks around the world, though, this was probably not too tough).

Existence coughed up between $500 and $600 a month on everything ranging from Frappuccinos to pre-made sandwiches to lemon pound cakes.

She said the challenge became particularly, well, challenging toward the end:

In the last month, in the last couple weeks, it's been really difficult. People had pizza at the office last week and I was dying. I'm happy to be able to eat whatever I want (again)."

You're probably wondering what possessed her to even consider the Starbucks-only diet. Existence explained, 'I am fearless and wanted to explore new things in my life - I love to test the water and each time I challenge myself, I learn a lot."

Good for her. Now, go out and get a pizza.
