There's a 29 year old woman named Lauren Puryear who works with people with mental health issues. She's a single mom and has her hands full. About four years ago, she formed a charitable organization called The Love of Others  in Woodbridge, New Jersey, that provides food to low income families.

To begin with she was purchasing food at bulk at stores until she realized she could get more for her money using coupons. So she got into extreme couponing, and she's been able to feed more people that way!

She says on her best days, she can spend 20 dollars, and purchase enough food to make lunch or dinner for 150 people. Plus she does little things to encourage them, like writing "Believe in Yourself" on the brown paper bags she hands out. She recently set a goal to put food in the mouths of 30,000 people by her 30th birthday, which... is next year! So far it looks like she has a chance of making that goal.

If you want to help out, you can donate on her website, ForTheLoveOfOthers.net.
