I can't speak for Glenn whether or not he would do something like this for me, but you can bet that if I found out he needed and kidney, and if it were determined that I was a match, I would absolutely step up to try to save my friend and co-worker's life.

Co-workers are amazing. We spend hours on end with each other and become something of an extended family. So I'm not really shocked to hear that a co-worker helped out someone she worked with.

Reggie Ackie suffered from Chronic Kidney disease for 50 years and had been searching for a donor after he found out that nobody in his family was a match.

Those Reggie works with knew his story, and his co-worker, Cheryl Clark, volunteered to get tested. And wouldn't you know- she was a perfect match.

Reggie and Cheryl underwent successful surgeries and are now both on the road to recovery.

I think it's safe to say that their relationship in the workplace will never be the same again.
