Where Men Are Cleaner Than Women

I can't for the life of me wrap my head around this. I work with five guys on a regular basis and only one of those guys has a neat work-space. The others work in areas that look like a bomb went off in them. As a neat freak, this drives me insane.

According to a new study from Australia, guys are cleaner than women – at least in the bathrooms at the office. Which I also disagree with. I've been in situations where I needed to use the men's restroom because the women's was occupied and each time, I've walked out wishing I'd worn a hazmat suit before entering.

Guys were also found to be better at keeping germs under control in the restroom, with 67% revealing they try to not to touch anything in the restroom, compared to 53% of ladies who are hands off.

The researchers behind the study suggest guys are tidy in bathroom because they’re hard wired to be protective and territorial, which causes them to take care of their toilets.
