We've all done it. Worked too long and had to be up early the following day, or depending how young you feel maybe you were partying? Either way, you have no worries because you can just drink a massive amount of coffee and in a few minutes you'll be just fine for the day... right? Well studies have shown that isn't necessarily true.

The findings from the latest study on caffeine show that it indeed, will keep you awake, alert and peppy for two nights of sleeping 5 hours or less. The problem arises when you hit that third day... Three days of sleeping less than 5 hours will render your caffeine consumption useless. you could drink a Gallon of coffee and it wouldn't make a difference besides keeping you running to the restroom.

That in itself would most likely keep you awake!
