What’s the Most Romantic Restaurant in Binghamton?

I'm somewhat new to the area. I guess I should explain what I mean by that- I lived here about 10 years ago, but only for a short time and I lived in Endicott and never really ventured into Binghamton.

This time around I live in Binghamton and am on the lookout for a really good restaurant to check out on Valentine's Day, but I need your help.
