So earlier this week, the rumors have been flying on whether the Senators will stay in Binghamton. Tom Mitchell tried to ease our minds by telling us that the organization is not going anywhere.

You can go here and read what he said and decide what you think it really means. While you're there, you can see the six guaranteed home games including the home opener for the B-Sens.

While some are queasy about the future, here are some things that we know for sure:

The Senators will have a home-and-home set of preseason games with the Rochester Americans in October. They'll be on the road on Thursday, October 6th. They'll play at the Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena on Saturday, October 8th.

Ottawa has also announced that it now has an ECHL affiliation with the Wichita Thunder for the upcoming season. Under the agreement both the Ottawa and Binghamton Senators can designate players to the Thunder for assignment.

I know that there is a lot of uneasiness about the team. Quit worrying so much about the future and enjoy what we have right now. The "what ifs" ruin more things for people and usually it comes to nothing.

Remember, we aren't promised tomorrow so enjoy the now.
