The weather is finally turning nice.  You don't feel like cooking tonight.  I have an idea for ya.....and you're helping a wonderful cause.

How about having dinner at Wendy's and you'll be helping out the Wendy's Walk for Kids. Binghamton, Cortland and Syracuse Area Wendy's restaurants are donating 20% of all sales today from 4:30 to 7:30 to the Walk.  The great part about this fundraiser is that you don't have to bring a flyer or mention it.  All you have to do is stop in the dining room or through the  drive thru, and the Walk receives 20% of purchase.

Here are the stops:  BINGHAMTON - Front St., Main St., Endicott, Vestal,
Owego, CortlandHere are the Syracuse locations - Brewerton Rd.-N. Syracuse, Grant Ave.-Auburn, State Route 104-Oswego, 2nd & Broadway-Fulton, Oswego Rd.-Liverpool, Circle Dr.-Cicero.

The Wendy's Walk for Kids is Sunday, August 18th on the final day of the Dick's Sporting Goods Open. The 2013 Wendy's Walk for Kids recipients are:  The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, Handicapped Children's Association, Broome County Urban League and Mom's House.  Last year the Walk raised over $190,000 and they've set a fundraising goal of $225,000 for this year.  For more info about the Wendy's Walk for Kids go here.
