Wednesday: The Worst is Yet to Come
It’s Wednesday and if your day has gotten off on the wrong track, I’m sorry to tell you that it’s probably only going to get worse before the day ends. A new study found that 3:30pm on Wednesday is when weekend sleep deprivation, work troubles and low energy levels all come to a head, making it the most stressful time of the week for one in 10 women.
Experts say it takes a few days for the full effects of weekend partying to show, which is why Wednesdays are such a bummer for the 50% of women who admit to boozing it up on their days off.
