A new study found that 3:30pm on Wednesday is when weekend sleep deprivation, work troubles and low energy levels all come to a head, making it the most stressful time of the week for one in 10 women.

Experts say it takes a few days for the full effects of weekend partying to show, which is why Wednesdays are such a bummer for the 50% of women who admit to boozing it up on their days off.
