We all have bosses, mine are awesome. But a new study out of University of Pennsylvania shows that we really don't need one!

The study showed that in general people do more work, better work, make wiser decisions and have better output when they are essentially there own boss.  See, how it works is... the people already performing and doing their assigned tasks know them the best. Bosses get in the way because they feel like they have to manage and insert their opinions and decision making on all kinds of things that they are in no way an expert on. When this happens the quality of the work suffers.

Think about if a manager of a food service place was hired for their management skills at a auto shop. Should they be making decisions on how to do your brake job faster? Probably not.
