I'll tell you what, I've got a brand new appreciation for those who work in the food service industry.  My feet are aching, my thumb is dyed red from pouring Kool-Aid drinks and I was so tired when I got home last night that I plopped into bed fully clothed. Would I change a second of it?  Nope. There's something so gratifying about doing things for others and I'm so happy that I was asked to hep at the Oak Tree Celebrity Pasta Dinner last night with Glenn.  Oak Tree is a program run by the BOCES for autistic kids.  Joining us as servers were Glenn's daughters Riley and Tara.  I feel completely satisfied this morning after a night of serving because I know how many kids will benefit from the two hours Glenn and I spent dishing up meals.

Here's a peek at what went down last night:

Making drinks with Glenn's daughter Tara
Me and Glenn ready to serve!
Me and Tanya Wild
Tara, Riley and me poppin a seat on Glenn
Glenn and a very happy Hawk listener, Ashley

Whew, that was a lot of work!
