Valentine’s for Madigan
How would you like to make a special girl's Valentine's day even more special?
Madigan Gow was diagnosed with progressive congenital scoliosis in 2006. At only 7 years old, she is expecting to undergo her 12th (yes, 12th) spinal surgery on Feb. 14th--Valentine's Day. She is a strong, brave, incredible young lady and we're asking as many people as possible to please take a few minutes to buy or make a Valentine's Day card for her to open when she wakes up. It would mean so much to this little girl and she truly deserves them.
When I think that Madigan was only 1 year younger then Tara is now, I realize how fortunate I am to have a healthy daughter. We take this for granted and it's important that we remember those that aren't as lucky. Tara and her cousins have made some cards for Madigan and I hope that you'll take some time and help make Madigan's Valentine's Day better also.
