USA BMX has joined forces with the US Olympic Committee and USA Cycling to bring a free day of BMX racing at BMX tracks around the US in celebration of Olympic Day.

Olympic Day is celebrated this Saturday. Grippen Park BMX in Endicott is a supporting track for Olympic Day.

Events begin at noon with registration from 1-2 and racing immediately after registration is complete. This is a free event.

Everyone is welcome and try BMX for free. You need to bring a bike, helmet, long sleeve shirt and long pants.

Olympic Day is a worldwide commemoration of Baron Pierre de Coubertin's 1894 convening of the 1st International Olympic Committee meeting at the Sorbonne in Paris.

The goal of Olympic Day is to promote the Olympic values and participation in sport across the globe regardless of age, gender or athletic ability.
