I love tradition.  And for 25 years now, the Town of Union has been offering a special night when dads unite with their daughters and celebrate a special evening together.

This year marks the 25th silver anniversary of the Town of Unions' popular Father-Daughter Ball this Friday and Saturday nights from 7 to 9:30pm at the McKinley at Huron Campus, 1701 North Street in Endicott.

"This is something that your daughter will never forget," says a Town of Union official.  The event is open to girls 6-12 years of age, escorted by a male member or guardian and the dress attire is semi-formal.

The cost is $35 per couple (Town of Union resident) and $10 for each additional daughter.  Non-residents may register for $40 per couple and $15 each additional daughter.  A professional photographer will be on hand to capture the moment and this price includes a 5x7 photo.

The registration form must be filled out from the Town of Union web site by Wednesday February 4th or can be dropped off to the TOU Parks and Recreation Department at 3111 East Main Street in Endwell between 8am and 4pm.  Registration forms and checks can also be placed in the Town of Union drop box, clearly marked.

Here are some great pictures from last year's Father-Daughter Ball.
