Watching the 48th Annual CMA Awards last night was a treat.  Today I opened up the phone lines to ask you for your favorite moments from HAWK listeners.  Luke Bryan winning his first CMA Entertainer of the Year award was up there, along with Little Big Town and Miranda knocking it out of the park with their performances.

For me it was seeing the Queen of Country Music, Ms. Loretta Lynn perform with Kacey Musgraves (something I'm sure Kacey will never forget) and my friend Vince Gill, getting a well-deserved honor.

While some point out this year's 2014 CMA Awards were two separate shows, it made for a very enjoyable evening.  The first half featured pop artists and country music's leading ladies dominating the stage and podium when winners names were called. The second half was a return to traditional with its performers and winners. As for the best moments from the night? This Top 5 Moments From the 2014 CMA Awards video highlights all that went right during country's biggest night.

Miranda Lambert walked away with the most hardware. Little Big Town and Carrie Underwood delivered two of the best CMA Awards performances, but were either good enough to make the Top 5? Watch to find out who delivered No. 1.  See if you agree and if you don't, tell us your favorites.
