Year end is almost here and so appears everybody's reviews of the year in virtually every category imaginable.  2014 in country music has been a wild ride.  There was controversy on the sound of country music with bro-country artists like Florida Georgia Line and Luke Bryan, only to have new female duo Maddie & Tae get some deserved attention with their response to the sound with their smash hit "A Girl In A Country Song."   Then there was some great quality with artists like Dierks Bentley and Miranda Lambert.

This Week, Billboard magazine issued its 2014 Top 10 list of Best Country Songs.  Brett Eldredge deservingly made the list twice and there were more than a few surprises. See if you agree:
