Tioga County Fair Returns to Owego

The second oldest fair in New York State is making it's comeback this week.  The much anticipated 154th Tioga County Fair returns to the Owego area fairgrounds today through Saturday.

The Flood of 2011 paralyzed the Southern Tier and especially Tioga County.  But thanks to a lot of work and determination, Southern Tier residents can once again enjoy the music, food, livestock and amusement rides of this great Owego tradition.

Animals have always been the focus of the Tioga County Fair and children of all ages can once again enjoy the livestock exhibits stationed throughout the vast fairgrounds.  Many are excited about the return of amusement rides this year and great live music.

The fair opens today at 12 Noon.  Gates open Wednesday through Saturday at 9am.
