It's Tidbit Tuesday- where I share three little tidbits with you to make life a little easier.  Today I'll tell you how to ease jet lag, brighten your smile in seconds and boost your laundry detergent.  So grab a cup of coffee and learn how to make life a little simpler!

Ease jet lag- Hopping on a plane can disrupt your brain’s biological clock, triggering a weariness that drags on for days. But taking 150 mg of Pycnogenol (pine bark extract) when you wake up can cut jet lag symptoms in half.

Brighten your smile with grapes- Studies prove people smile more often during the summer than any other season. Experts believe the abundance of feel-good sunshine deserves the credit. Want to make sure your smile is ready to shine? Just nibble on a handful of grapes before meals, suggest New York University scientists. They contain malic acid, which helps clog pores in the surface of your teeth to prevent stains from embedding in them while also removing surface discoloration as you chew.

Boost your detergent- Give your liquid laundry detergent a helping hand by adding 1/2 cup of baking soda to the wash when you put in the soap. Baking soda works to balance the pH of the water, making it easier for the detergent to do its job.
