Do you ever wake up in a bad mood, and you have absolutely no idea why? It's happened to me too and now science has come to our rescue with three possible reasons.

1. You're not getting enough fruits and vegetables. Apparently people who eat seven servings of produce every day tend to be happier, less anxious, and less likely to be depressed.

2. You're dehydrated. Even being just a tiny bit dehydrated can put you in a bad mood. As a general rule of thumb, men should get at least 3.7 liters of water a day, and women should get 2.7. And the good news is that things like coffee and juice DO count.

3. You check Facebook too much. Here's the deal-if you're on Facebook all the time you start to realize that it's a huge waste of time, which makes you feel bad about yourself. And I'm guessing that probably applies for things like fantasy football too.
