Authorities say 34-year-old Alexis Willard, 18-year-old Tymel Platt and 17-year-old Justin Douglas have been charged with first-degree burglary, a felony. Police say all the suspects live in an apartment on Tracy Street.

Investigators say Platt and Douglas also have been charged with third-degree intimidating a victim or witness.

Detectives say Willard, Platt and Douglas are accused of entering an Arthur Avenue residence around 9:30 p.m. on September 16. A handgun was displayed in the incident during which a person reportedly was menaced. The three left before police arrived.

Police say Platt and Douglas are believed to have been involved in several incidents during which someone was intimidated. Douglas allegedly displayed a gun during one of the incidents.

Willard, Platt and Douglas were arraigned in Endicott village court and sent to Broome County Jail without bail.
