This Mom DESTROYS Common Core Initiative In 3 Minutes [WATCH]

Have you tried to help your kids with their math homework? YAH RIGHT! You cannot get it right. Doing math the way we were taught is no longer correct. This womans name is Karen Lamoreaux and she's with a group called  Arkansas Against Common Core in the video above you'll hear this woman explain to the school officials that this "set of rigorous, college-ready international benchmark standards” that the Common Core initiative was touted to be, tends to dumb down math solutions by, ironically, over-complicating them.

As an example, she gave the school board a simple fourth-grade division problem, which Common Core requires students to use 108 steps to solve. If your kids are crying over their math homework this is why, and you cannot help them. Makes you feel as helpless as they are doesn't it?
