This College Student Took a Test, While She Was In Labor

21-year-old Tommitrise Collins is a student at Middle Georgia State University in Macon. And a photo her sister took is going around Facebook.

Because it shows Tommitirise in the hospital last Thursday, taking an exam for a psychology class, while she's in labor. Her sister says the contractions were about three minutes apart when the photo was taken. And Tommitrise had two hours to take the test, but finished with about 30 minutes left.

I assume her teacher would have made an exception, and let her take the test later if she'd asked. But Tommitrise says she wanted to get it out of the way, so she could spend as much time as possible with her baby. She ended up having a girl after 20 hours in labor, and they're both doing great.

She says she wasn't satisfied with her grade when she got the test back though. So she asked her teacher if she could re-take it while she wasn't distracted, and ended up getting a B.
